Mass Consumption caused by object’s mass doing positive work

Mass Consumption (MC) caused by object’s mass doing positive work: based on the newly discovered OMDW law (= the law of object’s mass doing work, P. 93 ~ 109, Ch.1A, reference #1) and the newly revealed mechanism behind mass-energy equation (P. 114 ~ 118, 1.6, Ch.1B, reference #1), OMDPW-caused Mass Consumption (MC) is discovered (P. 118 ~ 120, 1.7.1, Ch.1B, reference #1). [(*Note, OMDPW = object’s mass doing positive work, simply being a product of OMDW law (P. 96 ~ 99, P. 102 ~ 103, reference #1)]. MC determines that: the mass of an object decreases with the increase in its velocity, and the mass of an object is infinitely close to zero when the velocity of the object infinitely approaches to its upper limit c — the speed of light in vacuum. The core equation of MC is on P. 119(reference #1).

The profound implications of Mass Consumption (MC): (i) MC is the mechanism-revealed principle that mechanistically thus essentially correctly determines the relation of the mass of an object with its velocity for the first time in the history of physics (thus being fully able to diagnose whether the so-called relativistic mass turns out to be mechanistically thus essentially right or wrong, P. 120 ~ 122, 1.7.2, reference #1). (ii) MC is a fundamentally revolutionary principle, being witnessed by that: MC is the fundamentally indispensable foundation to establish the mechanistically thus essentially correct concept of time and space in the universe (Ch.4, Establishing and Verifying Mechanism-Revealed Gravitational Theory, P. 395 ~ 514, reference #1).

The key to understanding of Mass Consumption (MC): (i) as long as you have known the greatest equation in the history of science, which is Einstein’s famous mass-energy equation (E = mc^2 or E0 = mc^2), you will easily understand MC, because MC is based on OMDW law, whereas OMDW law has revealed the mechanism behind the greatest equation (P. 114 ~ 118, 1.6, Ch.1B, reference #1). In other words, after knowing why mass has energy, you will easily understand MC; as long as you have known the proven fact that mass has energy, you will easily understand MC. (ii) MC is consistent with Newton’s second law when the velocity of involved objects is far less than the speed of light (P. 120, reference #1).

The profound applications of Mass Consumption (MC): MC is the direct and fundamental basis of the newly established Mechanism-Revealed Scales Relativity Theory (MRSRT) (P. 133 ~ 147, Ch.1C, reference #1), whereas MRSRT in turn is the fundamental basis of the newly established and verified Mechanism-Revealed Gravitational Theory (P. 445 ~ 514, Ch.4B, reference #1).
